“I left a bad review after an initial problem where I got no response to a request for return. Drinkwize then called me personally to explain - My emails had got caught up in junk folders. I can forgive that, I’m sure it’s happened to most of us at one time. Anyway, with no further fuss, Drinkwize sorted it quickly and proactively followed up when they received the goods back to make sure I had the refund too. There was nothing wrong with the order - I just decided it wasn’t quite what I wanted, and the team at Drinkwize were very nice and helpful once in contact. I would recommend them to others.”

Hi Gilly, We am sorry that it appears to have taken the action of posting a negative review to get a response, we are sincerely sorry that your initial email was not picked-up and actioned immediately. We did receive one email and this ended up in our spam/junk folder. I have called and left a voice message, sent a SMS, also a WhatsApp and an email assuring you that a return will of course be accepted. I am sorry that some or all of your products ordered need to be returned for whatever reason. I would welcome any feedback you may be willing to share of the various glassware items that you ordered. I am sorry for this "out-of-character" service that you have received and hope that this does not put you off from trying Drinkwize.co.uk again in the future. p.s. if this oversight does get resolved to your satisfaction perhaps you may consider revising your feedback 😥.

Having received your review, I reached out via phone, whatsapp and email following an investigation internally. It is great to learn that the missing one box of the original five ordered for the Recyclable Plastic Jagerbomb Shot Glasses has been received. The ten packs of fifty Recyclable 25ml Plastic Shot Glasses / Sampling Cups and fifteen packs of fifty 100% rPET UKCA Recyclable & Recycled Plastic Pint-to-rim glasses were successfully delivered with the four boxes of Jagerbomb shot glasses. We am sincerely sorry that a one-star review ensured your complaint of a missing box was resolved. There is no excuse, the reason was the shortage of staff over the holiday period... “Pleased with the glasses. The wrong glasses are here in a box and awaiting collection if youd like to collect them, i understand that we are miles from a town and it may take you a while, happy to keep them another 7 days but after that i cannot keep waiting for for you to collect.”
