“I left a bad review after an initial problem where I got no response to a request for return. Drinkwize then called me personally to explain - My emails had got caught up in junk folders. I can forgive that, I’m sure it’s happened to most of us at one time. Anyway, with no further fuss, Drinkwize sorted it quickly and proactively followed up when they received the goods back to make sure I had the refund too. There was nothing wrong with the order - I just decided it wasn’t quite what I wanted, and the team at Drinkwize were very nice and helpful once in contact. I would recommend them to others.”

Hi Gilly, We am sorry that it appears to have taken the action of posting a negative review to get a response, we are sincerely sorry that your initial email was not picked-up and actioned immediately. We did receive one email and this ended up in our spam/junk folder. I have called and left a voice message, sent a SMS, also a WhatsApp and an email assuring you that a return will of course be accepted. I am sorry that some or all of your products ordered need to be returned for whatever reason. I would welcome any feedback you may be willing to share of the various glassware items that you ordered. I am sorry for this "out-of-character" service that you have received and hope that this does not put you off from trying Drinkwize.co.uk again in the future. p.s. if this oversight does get resolved to your satisfaction perhaps you may consider revising your feedback 😥.

“Ordering from Drinkwize was easy, and my package arrived quickly and in perfect condition, just as promised. Admittedly, I am clumsy and got fed up with sweeping up broken wine glasses, so I'm really pleased with how well made these plastic wine glasses are. What stands out is the "Tritan" material's unique balance, it's flexible enough to feel virtually indestructible, yet sturdy enough to work perfectly for drinking wine!”

“I purchased this polycarbonate mug for milkshakes. My Wife has a muscle-wasting disease and had two problems that I hoped to address with this mug. The first is the weight of a glass mug containing a milk-based drink, and the second is being able to swallow. This mug is much lighter than normal milkshake glasses, so that dealt with the weight problem, and a long straw banished the second problem. The polycarbonate is easily cleaned and is stronger than it looks, as washing and drying do not leave a mark. I did drop it as I dried it up, and it fell base-down at an angle. It just bounced on the vinyl floor, whereas a glass mug the same size would have been destroyed, and I would have been finding glass shards on the floor for days, probably with my feet. This is a superb mug; it was well protected by good packaging materials, and arrived quickly.”

Hi Tom, Thank you for taking the time to pen a review and condemning us with a 0ne-star rating, fully justified when the review was written. Having received your review, I reached out via phone, whatsapp and email following an investigation internally. It is great to learn that the missing one box of the original five ordered for the Recyclable Plastic Jagerbomb Shot Glasses has been received. The ten packs of fifty Recyclable 25ml Plastic Shot Glasses / Sampling Cups and fifteen packs of fifty 100% rPET UKCA Recyclable & Recycled Plastic Pint-to-rim glasses were successfully delivered with the four boxes of Jagerbomb shot glasses. We am sincerely sorry that a one-star review ensured your complaint of a missing box was resolved. There is no excuse, the reason was the shortage of staff over the holiday period... There is no excuse. The whole team at Drinkwize.co.uk hope that you will give us another chance moving forward.
