“I left a bad review after an initial problem where I got no response to a request for return. Drinkwize then called me personally to explain - My emails had got caught up in junk folders. I can forgive that, I’m sure it’s happened to most of us at one time. Anyway, with no further fuss, Drinkwize sorted it quickly and proactively followed up when they received the goods back to make sure I had the refund too. There was nothing wrong with the order - I just decided it wasn’t quite what I wanted, and the team at Drinkwize were very nice and helpful once in contact. I would recommend them to others.”

Hi Gilly, We am sorry that it appears to have taken the action of posting a negative review to get a response, we are sincerely sorry that your initial email was not picked-up and actioned immediately. We did receive one email and this ended up in our spam/junk folder. I have called and left a voice message, sent a SMS, also a WhatsApp and an email assuring you that a return will of course be accepted. I am sorry that some or all of your products ordered need to be returned for whatever reason. I would welcome any feedback you may be willing to share of the various glassware items that you ordered. I am sorry for this "out-of-character" service that you have received and hope that this does not put you off from trying Drinkwize.co.uk again in the future. p.s. if this oversight does get resolved to your satisfaction perhaps you may consider revising your feedback 😥.

“I have a few Drinkwize plastic glasses and mugs.They are good quality and look good. So far I have found them tough and ideal for drinks outdoors. As well as using them for their intended purpose, they are also attractive as pencil holders and vases for delicate flowers, and safe where there are stone floors, pets and children.”

“The service was as described and I’m overall very happy with everything. Not giving 5 stars as there were a couple of sharp bits on the rims of the gin glasses that need sanding down, however, I don’t drink gin personally so that’s the Mrs’s problem 👍”

We use carefully selected carriers as "cheap" does not always represent good value, certainly if the items arrive late or damaged. I am not saying there are not issues with all carriers, we have been selling online as a group since 2012 and have tried most of not all carriers. We do not ship to the U.S.A. certainly not commercially viable for a £2.99 carriage charge 🤨.
