“I left a bad review after an initial problem where I got no response to a request for return. Drinkwize then called me personally to explain - My emails had got caught up in junk folders. I can forgive that, I’m sure it’s happened to most of us at one time. Anyway, with no further fuss, Drinkwize sorted it quickly and proactively followed up when they received the goods back to make sure I had the refund too. There was nothing wrong with the order - I just decided it wasn’t quite what I wanted, and the team at Drinkwize were very nice and helpful once in contact. I would recommend them to others.”

Hi Gilly, We am sorry that it appears to have taken the action of posting a negative review to get a response, we are sincerely sorry that your initial email was not picked-up and actioned immediately. We did receive one email and this ended up in our spam/junk folder. I have called and left a voice message, sent a SMS, also a WhatsApp and an email assuring you that a return will of course be accepted. I am sorry that some or all of your products ordered need to be returned for whatever reason. I would welcome any feedback you may be willing to share of the various glassware items that you ordered. I am sorry for this "out-of-character" service that you have received and hope that this does not put you off from trying Drinkwize.co.uk again in the future. p.s. if this oversight does get resolved to your satisfaction perhaps you may consider revising your feedback 😥.

“Our second purchase. Last year we bought a collection of these glasses and were so impressed. Whilst mostly used for safe outdoor use, we found ourselves using them indoors too. The quality and clarity has remained throughout, despite regular dishwashing, so we decided to invest in a further selection for this year. Good value and exceptional quality.”

“Delivery on time though disappointed the twisted glasses were just loose in a plastic bag. I bought 3 boxes of 6 and presumed they'd be boxed, fortunately none look broken.”

“Great company with great prices, contacted them about my order and they replied very quickly which in my eyes is great customer care service.
