“I ordered a couple of 1 litre steins in plastic for my son. I had thought that glass would be better, but very heavy, especially when full! The plastic ones are good quality, lightweight and look great, he's really happy with thewm.”

I have looked into your order; it was placed on Christmas day (25/12/2024) at 15.58. I would like to think you would have received an order confirmation stating that our offices and dispatch were closed until after the Christmas break i.e. 2/1/2025, if this was not the case please accept our apologies. The jug was dispatched 2/1/2025 and you chose the standard (express delivery option not chosen) delivery and so a 2-3 working day delivery could be assumed. Your delivery was made on 6/1/2025, three working days from order receipt to dispatch to arrival at your address. Please accept our apologies again for any misunderstanding and concern caused. We do hope that this does not put you off giving Drinkwize.co.uk another opportunity in the future.

“My husband is extremely pleased with the product. It feels pretty much like glass to drink from, but is lighter, and safer than glass when washed under the bathroom tap, which he has to do when he has a beer in his upstairs office.”
