“I have a few Drinkwize plastic glasses and mugs.They are good quality and look good. So far I have found them tough and ideal for drinks outdoors. As well as using them for their intended purpose, they are also attractive as pencil holders and vases for delicate flowers, and safe where there are stone floors, pets and children.”

“The service was as described and I’m overall very happy with everything. Not giving 5 stars as there were a couple of sharp bits on the rims of the gin glasses that need sanding down, however, I don’t drink gin personally so that’s the Mrs’s problem 👍”

Hi Yu, Thank you for taking the time to review Drinkwize.co.uk, I am sorry you feel the delivery charge is too high at £3.99 9this does include the packaging to ensure the goods reach you in one-piece). We use carefully selected carriers as "cheap" does not always represent good value, certainly if the items arrive late or damaged. I am not saying there are not issues with all carriers, we have been selling online as a group since 2012 and have tried most of not all carriers. I fully appreciate your comments and four star-review; the carriage costs are shown at the checkout before completing your purchase. I have looked into your order and the reason you have not received your shot glasses is because you are based in the U.S.A. 😑. We do not ship to the U.S.A. certainly not commercially viable for a £2.99 carriage charge 🤨. Unfortunately, this was not picked up in our dispatch team as you mistakenly inputted your full address as "Holgate, Oh, 43527, United Kingdom" If you had placed U.S.A. in the address your order would not have been actioned 😮 You will receive a full refund in the near future 😎.
