“Twice I have ordered fro DPR Both times easy and helpful. The Thorsman Red Wall Plugs 10003003 showed out of stock online, I rang up DPR and helpful staff found 8 packs in stock, they put back online to show they have it in stock for me to order the 8 pack! Thank you guys! Keep the good customer service:-)”

“Very good! I was hoping the DPR website was slightly wrong on the measurements of a lock but unfortunately for me they were spot on and the lock didn't quite fit! Returned accepted with no problem and details /specifications of the lock DPR could supply that matched the spec. I needed were emailed - very helpful. Thank you - will definitely use you again.”
