“You are sending out review forms prior to me recieving my goods and frankly your delivery times are not good now a day's”

“They sent the wrong product, and then when I told them this, they tried to.claim it was the same just with a different name - despite me pointing out it was a different size shape etc. and clearly two separate products with different product codes on the manufacturers website. Still waiting for a refund and collection of the item.”
