“I recently bought quite a few Miller bathroom fittings from DKB Elegance. The price was good and I was kept updated at all times about the progress of my order. I received the items promptly. One of the items was damaged - not as a result of the packaging, which was excellent. The company were super efficient and requested a new one which I received directly from Miller very quickly. Excellent company to deal with. 5 stars”

“Excellent service and very quick to answer any questions. Thought postage was a little pricey but when it arrived I could see why. Very well packaged to make sure product arrived safely. All genuine parts and installation instructions enclosed. Would highly recommend.”

“DKB Elegance supplied a cistern push button that was in stock at a price that was better than others. Many suppliers did not stock the push button item, although they had the discharge valve - difficult to understand as they go together. Well done DKB!”

“Needed Impey Watersafe tanking for forwarding over to France. DKB were very helpful, supplying info needed for the courier company (DPD). The items were delivered very promptly to the forwarding address for collection. The price was also good (the best I could find online). Would very happily use this company again.”
