“We first bought the unit which holds these bottles about 30 years ago, so the design has changed quite a bit! However, the new bottles are similar enough to the old ones (which have simply worn out in all that time) to be a reasonable replacement. Delivery time was longer than ideal, but then these aren't ideal times and we have no complaints. If the new bottles last as long as the old ones, we will be veyr happy!”

“The product I bought were as I expected and very good price. Delivery was on time no issue with it. Only draw back was very less communication. After purchasing products online there was no confirmation email only received email when order was ready to dispatch. As there was no confirmation of product, initially I thought, am I robbed!!! All in all happy customer.”

“Although the item I purchased didn't work. Returning the item was very easy with the prepaid voucher sent to me via e-mail and just taking it to my local Hermes pick up point. Received a full refund after the manufacturer liaised with DKB. Although the item was faulty (no fault of DKB) I would order from them again.”
