“Great advice and excellent service again. Ordered a couple of Ortofon OM Pro cartridges and styli. Kept updated every step of the way with courier details. Could not recommend Phase One highly enough.”

“Excellent bit of kit used it to mount a projector above head height. Just had a 35mm adaptor on top for the projector. Good solid stand & very heavy base. Looking to buy another. Thanks Lee”

“I called in a panic, needing a portable PA system urgently - something that was easy to use and reasonably priced (I'm a middle aged, female technophobe). Not only did they recommend a system, but when I arrived at the store to collect it, they installed all the batteries, showed me how to use it, and when the headset mic I'd ordered separately didnt work, they offered me a more expensive set with the option of a full refund if I returned it in perfect condition. The system is great, but the Customer service was outstanding. Very rare to get this level of support and service these days!”
