“Mike was very helpful and accommodating on the phone, items were of a great price and once they arrived they were in tip top condition Item was a day late due to courier not turning up to shop on time, but i dont hold this against the store or the team there. Will order again.”

“Phase One have been excellent from the first point of contact by phone, to when I visited their shop with my husband to purchase some lighting equipment for my Ladies Choir. Nathan was extremely helpful and informative, and very patient as this is a new area for both of us, and he took the time to explain things in a straight forward and professional manner. Furthermore, the after sales service is second to none, as there was a small issue with one of the lighting units and a replacement was sent immediately. Thank you Nathan and Phase One. When I am ready to expand my collection, I have no need to look further than yourselves. Pauline Daglish.”
