The fire I purchased from your company ,I am satisfied with,,what I’m not happy with is your reply from my email I sent you regarding your price match advert on your website ,,,,,I saw the same fire on another website that was near enough £80 cheaper ,,,,the reply I got from you was a really poor response,,,,all it said was ,,,,We can’t match that ,,,,,,I round returned the fire to you ,,,only when I read the returns policy,,it would have cost me £140 pounds,,,,I am a 75 year old pensioner,,,and I’m on dialysis ,,so I’m not in the best of health,,,,,,and £80 is one hell of a lot of money to me ,,,,,,if you would have made some kind of offer,,I would have been quite happy,,,,,,but I’m afraid ,,it’s left me with a sour taste in my mouth

To be honest I haven't actually seen my fireplace yet. Sent directly to my new home to be installed and I'm not in yet. I have been told it looks ok but the packaging had been destroyed by the delivery people so I was lucky. I didn't get a text from delivery guys rather to say it was on its way and had no tracking information so had to keep emailing Direct fireplaces. They did respond and gave me as much info as they could. Thank you Sarah and Rachel

My Robinson Willey Fireglow arrived with packaging partly torn, after opening, two of the four small pins which the front hooks onto were missing, assumed to have fallen out. Numerous calls to Direct Fireplaces, who have done their best to get the two pins have proved negative What does one do to obtain two pins that would fit in an envelope, at the moment the fire sits without its front. Most disappointed with RW. K Sturgess

I was generally pleased, but the delivery men said they did not unpack or take away the cardboard packaging. This despite the fact that I was required to sign a delivery note to say that the fireplace had been unpacked. I was left to unpack the item & will have to get assistance to do so because of the weight of the fireplace.

The fireplace was much smaller than I expected and the jnstructions were not great, otherwise the fire is lovely

Up to now very pleasant staff member took my order. Until fire delivery date due & fire supplied I cannot review further at this stage but would be happy to review again once completed.
