“They had the best price I could find online for the Mammut smart 2. I ordered it on Thursday or Friday and it arrived on Monday. Absolutely no issues. I wish I'd bought this belay device years ago. It has all the simplicity of an ATC with all the safety of a Grigri. I love using it and it feels really safe.”

“I’ve used Dicks Climbing twice now to buy a Nalgene water bottle as they are the only place that had such a wide selection of colours. The shipping both times has been very fast and the products were perfect. Definitely recommend”

“Very helpful when the link for the Petzl torch headband instructions didn’t work. The chap at Dicks was straight onto it and found a video with the relevant information. On the other hand Petzls own link didn’t work and fitting the band wasn’t intuitive, especially with no instructions.”
