Product kit arrived but no voucher - emailed twice no reply. Called and voucher sent but will arrive after Christmas and was a gift. I ordered over 9 days before Christmas. Poor

We have made enquiries on your behalf and can see that there has been a delay with the postal company. A replacement will be sent to you via another delivery service. I changed my address and cancelled my subscription and you STILL charged me and posted it to my old address?

I normally have great service from you ,however i ordered an item mistakenly and wanted to send it back for an exchange, however for some odd reason you need to see a pic of the item im returning .Im not computer savvy and dont know how to do this ,for this reason after many years of shopping with you ,I wont be ordering again you need to have a simple return service,with a prepaid sticker and simple returns like everywhere else does

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, Total Eye Care has now been discontinued. As an alternative you may wish to consider the Awaken Peptide Gel or Intensive Eye Repair. We recommend that you discuss your concerns and any possible alternative eye treatments with a professional skin therapist to ensure you are selecting the correct product for your specific concerns.

In my opinion poor value, no real difference between ultra calming or cleanser to be of real help, insufficient product in very small tube to usefully trial calm water gel. Disappointing, expensive, would have preferred to use just two products eg gel and cleanser perhaps to trial, suspect 'mist' products fills the packaging, unconvincing mist
