“The website is very clear and instructions of how to use the bottles are really easy to follow. I usually struggle with instructions following step by steps and this is pretty good. The toff's kit has clear info on the back and how to follow skin care routine. Love it. As a deaf person who struggle with jargons and how other brands write, usually learn alot by asking the person how this works but the website did just that. Would be good to improve that for deaf people.”
