“Great price & great service. Unfortunately the first set went awol but a replacement set was quickly posted with a few extra copies thrown in. The deed poll has been accepted everywhere apart from PayPal!! Nothing to do with the deed poll though, it could have been on gold paper signed by the queen & they wouldn't have accepted it as they want photo id before they'll change name. Work around was to close the PayPal account & open a new one with the new name. (The same email address can be used as long as you have closed your account) all in all, I can't believe how easy it's been. I'm yet to actually use the original deed poll, so far everyone has accepted the certified copy.”

“Having decided to add a middle name I searched the internet for the best way of doing it. I found various sites offering the same services at various prices. I chose Deedpolls Online as it appeared to be the cheapest, yet offered the same services as the far more expensive agencies. I placed my order on Tuesday (11 Oct 2016) and received my Deed poll and certified copies on Thursday (13 Oct 2016). During the entire process I was kept up to date via e-mail and texts. The service I received was second to non and I would use DeedPolls Online again. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want to change your name, then this is the company or you. KJC”
