“Only issue I had is that my bank declined the payment thinking it was fradulent and for that reason I was unable to set up and continue with the policy. Had to re-run it all through again as Debenhams call centre would not take the payment over the phone without charging me £20 for the pleasure.”

“This is my 3rd year with Debenhams car insurance and I very happy with the outcome every year the staff very friend but I would find it easier if you didn't have to renew your policy over the phone every time a roll over with contact via email or you you don't contact would be much easier but overall I still recommend to family and friends”

“Very easy and cheapest car insurance quote received. Did get follow up call trying to sell me further cover, which I did take up as useful to have and reasonably priced, however once I agreed to this, they still went on to try and sell me life insurance, which annoyed me. Should have just left it there and would have given you 5 stars”

“Overall a very good service. Cheaper than else where and the online portal works perfect. The only thing which makes me deduct a star is that every time you change the details or a car you have to pay £35 if the change is done through online portal or £50 if you do it through the phone. Most of the online companies don't charge for these changes. But overall a good name to relate to.”
