“There was some confusion over the direct debit set up and slow acknowledging it so I did not know this for a month Subsequently I am now paying 6 instalments instead of 11 after deposit”

“The quote was reasonable but when I had had a no damage, no fault, no claims, police not interested, when a bike jumped the red light and hit the side of my car you refused a no claims protection. I was being honest as you demand and was penalised for it.”

“Always helpful and friendly when I need help with my car insurance, the only thing I would say is I signed up for car insurance and you were supposed to receive a £50 Debenhams gift card and I did not and I was disappointed. Other than that the call centre is always friendly”
