“Shipping and packaging are of top notch. But I would more appreciate if exact component of metal are clearly written on website. I could not tell if it is steel or other metal to be exact.”

“Deakin & Francis has by far the best cuff links on the market. Every year I buy at least a few for my husband. As much as I love the type of styles offered, I wish there was more variety and new styles offered more frequently. I am also a little disappointed in the trend towards Gothic and skull-type cuff links. How many skull cuff links can one person possibly own? Please get back to the original styles! I'm deducting one star because of the large quantity of skull-type styles that have been offered recently.”

“I've bought the rocket cufflinks and they are gorgeous, well made and premium feel to it. The only downside is that the rocket fins is a bit sharp. So when I take off my jacket I need to be careful not ripping the lining of my jacket. It's a small thing but it's all in the detail. Apart from this, the cuff links are amazing.”

The rocket design is similar to a real rocket, and yes you are right the fins are aerodynamically fashioned, so may indeed be a little sharp. We will add this comment to our product description online. “The products are so beautiful. I‘m really happy to knowing your products. I gave until now four Deakin & Francis cufflinks to my husband. He likes the cufflinks very much. Unfortunately one of them has problems with the shutter for the second time. But the Otters are okay.That‘ s why I will continue to look for new one as Future present for him. Best regards, Sylvia”

“The team from the shop of Piccally Arcade are totally friendly and very competently. We felt welcome and the advice they gave were satisfying. The only thing we have to mention is that the arrangement of a studs and cufflinks set for which the factory had to be asked was not fulfilled. If we did not asked activly the shop we would had not received an answer.”
