“All the children had a great time. The dance was accessible to everyone and they loved learning the different moves and particularly using all of the amazing props that were brought. The children also got to perform to one another at the end. They had a great day and it was a great confidence boost.”

“Gresham Primary School thoroughly enjoyed having Darren from Dance days yet again for our Multicultural Week!The range of dances taught from different countries were outstanding! Darren is amazing with the children. His professional attitude, attention to detail ,expertise and including all children was indeed brilliant. It was wonderful to see every child participate, smile and have fun!Parents that attended also thoroughly enjoyed the Performance assembly at the end of the day.Several parents said 'It was the highlight of the school year'.Children have said' it was brilliant!', 'I loved it!','It was such great fun!'Staff at Gresham have also expressed how wonderful the dance sessions were, how engaged the children were and what a wonderful presence, approach and relationship Darren has with the children and staff. I highly recommend Dance Days. We are already talking about getting Darren back to do a different workshop in the summer!! Thank you Darren and Dance Days , you were absolutely brilliant!! “Our school works with children aged 5-11 who have emotional and behavioural difficulties, needless to say that their behaviour is often very challenging. Darren seemed to sail through each class seemingly effortlessly, it was amazing to watch. The children were fully engaged from beginning to end of each 30 minute session. 35% of the children Darren worked with have autism, however anyone watching these children perform would have been hard pressed to see many of their difficulties. For a brief time in these children's troubled life, they had the creative experience of dancing and performing and having fun. I must say the staff also enjoyed joining in immensely! They all said it made World Book Day! I can't thank him enough, he was organised, encouraging, firm but positive throughout; what a great day. Thanks Darren”
