“A physical survey or video would be better than online as I underestimated the number of boxes needed and therefore less crew allocated for the move.”

“2 x Guys doing the move - No complaints. Friendly & good job. Didn't receive any boxes till 2 days before move and had to chase them to be delivered. Needed them way before this.”

“The actual removal men at the house were fantastic and were very efficient and couldn't have been more helpful. However we had to complain to the manager to send enough vans to do the job.”

“Excellent removal men. Very willing. Disappointed that I paid for 3 removal men and that the van sent was obviously too small which meant 2 trips from Manchester to Southport.”

Hi Mrs McKeown, thank you for your comments and score. We're obviously disappointed that that you were only able to award us with 3/5 stars. Regarding the number of Crew, we don't ever promise a certain number of people to be assigned to any job, the number required is based on the size of the task and the distance. It is correct that a smaller vehicle was used which meant two trips were necessary, but this was due to the poor access available at both ends of the removal and the need for a smaller vehicle to be able to fit in to this space.

Thanks for your comments Lisa, we have passed them on to your Move Manager, this is the first time we have had complaints about us working too slowly, so we will look to address that.
