“Just received our Antibes 10 seater teak table from Dalby Living and am certainly not disappointed. The build quality, finish and appearance is fantastic! Delivery process was very easy, chairs/cushions arrived on a pallet delivered to my door and the table assembly couldn’t be simpler. Overall a great product and company to deal with. Had a couple of issues on 2 chairs and a cushion which when I called customer service was sorted with replacements without question. Also, the best value by a considerable amount for this same model table sold by many other companies. I would highly recommended. Thanks Daley Living 👍”

“Our furniture was received on time and we are very happy with the quality of the table and chairs. There was some minor damage to one chair and this was replaced quickly by Dalby living. No complaints.”

“I was a bit doubtful prior to ordering looking at some reviews but I'm so glad I went with my instincts and ordered it regardless. I ordered the 10 seater Antibes set. The quality looks to be very good. There are a few very minor issues that I could easily sort without having to bother customer services. When I did have questions after ordering, Lottie was fantastic and answered everything. The table and chairs themselves look fantastic, even more so now they've been treated (get the treatment too as you won't find it cheaper anywhere else!). The ONLY reason for 4 stars is because I can't comment on it's durability. Hopefully it will last but I intend to look after the set as best as I can. Many thanks 👍🏻”

“I couldn’t find a better price for the two teak benches we bought from Dalby Living. Delivery was swift with clear regular updates and courteous delivery drivers. We had an issue with one of the benches, emailed Dalby Living and it was sorted by the next morning. Can’t fault this company in any way and would buy from them again without a moment’s hesitation. Thank you DL - we love our benches and enjoyed our shopping experience with you!”

“Really lovely bench and speedy delivery. My only suggestion would be to communicate on delivery. Had no information about delivery so wasn’t home. Luckily a neighbour took it in.”

“Delivery is very quick and can be arranged within a two hour slot with the driver. The garden furniture from Dolby living is excellent quality and looks as though it will last a long time. When the furniture arrives it’s on a pallet so can be placed where you want it in your property providing there is level access. I can’t fault the quality of the wood used and how good it looks. I’m very pleased with my purchase. This is the second purchase from Dalby living and I recommend them for quality and service.”

“It’s been a long time since I fully rated a company and Dalby Living smashed it. The products online look beautiful and are so reasonably priced (I thought, too good to be true?). They arrived and they are equally as beautiful, you can see and feel they’re top quality teak! We had 1 broken chair on arrival and Mark in customer services couldn’t be more attentive to rectify the isssue. The broken chair was swapped out very quickly. Honestly the best product, customer service and company!!”

“We bought a 6 seater oval table and chairs and a steamer chair. The only reason we have not given 5 stars is that delivery was a bit slower than expected and we did feel the need to chase once. However, when the table and chairs arrived we were more than impressed. Superb! We've had many a compliment about them. The steamer chair was nice enough but had a long split on the left arm which had quite obviously been repaired with glue. We advised Dalby about this and we received a replacement chair within a few days. No quibbles. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase and customer service. Would recommend.”

“Fantastic quality furniture. I purchased a Lutyens patio set and it's exceeded expectations in quality, look and comfort, especially for the price. Our delivery arrived quickly (I live in a very remote location) and very well packaged. Minimal easy assembly. Cannot recommend enough!”

“The chair is good, not great, but definitely sturdier and way more robust than Acacia wood. I would purchase similar again but not from Dalby sadly as the delivery experience and Dalby’s customer service were both pretty poor. Despite having an issue there was no follow up made by Dalby.”
