“Very professional company with very good customer service. Ordered the Monte Carlo set very happy with purchase. Arrived much earlier than expected with updates on delivery progress. “Great product, great price, delivery was made quicker than estimated date, slight problem with one chair swiftly sorted, would highly recommend. Delivery was over 7 days as out of stock at first, refund was offered if not happy to wait, glad we didn’t.”

“A nice product (garden table and set of chairs) at a very good price. One of the chairs came faulty (poor glue job) meaning it fell apart soon after I started using it. Humber sent another one immediately and no questions asked. It's the closest in online shopping to dealing with your local store. I would recommend if you want to be reassured the retailer is there to help.”

“Had the 10 seater set 2 years now. One chair completely collapsed while I was sitting on it, timber has split on another and the fixings are coming apart on a third. Very poor quality.”

“Product was as described and was delivered promptly! Minor issue was that one of the pre-drilled holes to support Seat section to arm section on bench had a snapped screw inside and therefore we had to drill another hole next to it to fix the issue! Should have been picked up by QC on AQL pre-shipment check in Indonesia perhaps?”
