“We bought a 6 seater oval table and chairs and a steamer chair. The only reason we have not given 5 stars is that delivery was a bit slower than expected and we did feel the need to chase once. However, when the table and chairs arrived we were more than impressed. Superb! We've had many a compliment about them. The steamer chair was nice enough but had a long split on the left arm which had quite obviously been repaired with glue. We advised Dalby about this and we received a replacement chair within a few days. No quibbles. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase and customer service. Would recommend.”

“Fantastic quality furniture. I purchased a Lutyens patio set and it's exceeded expectations in quality, look and comfort, especially for the price. Our delivery arrived quickly (I live in a very remote location) and very well packaged. Minimal easy assembly. Cannot recommend enough!”

“The chair is good, not great, but definitely sturdier and way more robust than Acacia wood. I would purchase similar again but not from Dalby sadly as the delivery experience and Dalby’s customer service were both pretty poor. Despite having an issue there was no follow up made by Dalby.”

“From ordering to the delivery was as expected, on time, packed well. Issue with the table and this was dealt with with a replacement. Furniture is beautiful and sturdy, this will last us for many many years.”

“3rd Paris set in 8 years as passed other two on to children as property became available to them. Brilliant value, comfort and life whether oiled or not( later set not, too much faff). Great comms n service from Humber now Dalby. Never secured top so can dismantle and put in shed over winter/ move easily without any problems. Put small doorstops on chairs and table to keep off wet. Last forever…. Maybe.”

“Ordered table & chairs and all arrived but damage to one chair. Sent replacement without hesitation. Unfortunately that also arrived with some damage. I told them that as I was a woodworker I would be able to fix it. They told me to keep the chir and would refund me the cost of a single chair. The money was refunded the same day. Quite honestly you cant ask for a better service than that. Delighted.”

“Absolutely Delighted From my first call of enquiry regarding colour of cushions to delivery everything was prompt and personal. Wanted a 10 seater table to seat all of family. The teak table and chairs that we have purchased are really good quality. The packaging was really excellent and the furniture arrived quickly exactly in the time scale described”

“We’d been searching for a Teak Dining Set for some time and came across Dalby Living. We had an issue with two chairs which were replaced super quick and without hesitation. From start to finish the service was excellent. We will definitely be buying from again.”

“I ordered a 6-piece teak dining set a week ago, and it arrived yesterday. The delivery firm called the day before to let me know when they were coming, and the driver helped me get the boxes off the pallet and couldn't have been more helpful. I am delighted with the quality of the furniture, which is way better than what I could have got via a local garden centre, where I would have probably had to pay twice as much. The whole experience has been excellent, and I would highly recommend Dalby Living previously known as Humber Imports.”
