“I wanted to order new signs like my previous order, but add a different agent's info, and to order more signs for myself. I can't seem to do both. So I don't get the discount for ordering multiple signs and I have to pay the shipping twice. Frustrating! It's also difficult to see past the navigation bar when trying to edit the sign.”

“I have been going around in circles with your web site, the building of the design has been absolutely horrible. I have had to rebuild it many numerous times and had many phone calls to your office to get help and as sweet and desiring to help your reps could not help me. They could not override the system they could not save my design. They could not change my design to what I needed it to be. I finally finished it today but you need to invest in a more user friendly system if you want happy customers.”

“The process is fair, burt the inability to change the size of the sign is very inconvenient. It is also very difficult to figure out how to add color blocks or backgrounds and there is no chat help or anything to aid the process.”
