“I have been going around in circles with your web site, the building of the design has been absolutely horrible. I have had to rebuild it many numerous times and had many phone calls to your office to get help and as sweet and desiring to help your reps could not help me. They could not override the system they could not save my design. They could not change my design to what I needed it to be. I finally finished it today but you need to invest in a more user friendly system if you want happy customers.”

“The process is fair, burt the inability to change the size of the sign is very inconvenient. It is also very difficult to figure out how to add color blocks or backgrounds and there is no chat help or anything to aid the process.”

“I liked how easy it was to customize the sign, but you have false advertising, in the time you deliver, it says 24 hours and but we receive it in a week, when I called, your representative said it was because your office is in Texas but no where does it say you get it in 24 hours only if you are located in Texas. I hope the signs are good.”

“Shipping is much too costly. I had to decrease my order because the shipping was astronomical. I will have to order elsewhere because the shipping costs make the signage unaffordable.”
