“Not impressed that my last order was screwed up for print items, the posts are ok but do not come with any instructions for the extra pieces included in the bags and I would love to know what they are used for”
“Very high shipping costs. For transparency, shipping costs should have been mentioned upfront. Also delivery time description made me think sign would be delivered in 2-3 days, actual time is 9 days. Overall I feel I am getting a good product but very late and at a higher cost.”
“Had to restart custom design multiple times due to poor technology on website. Please add a duplicate back side towards the end of designing process. It is ridiculous to have to design it twice. Also, the size of my signs changed AFTER I selected the size I wanted and I had to start from the beginning AGAIN.”
