“Found Crystal Travel website on a search, good ticket price but then I couldn’t get the online payment to work, I called the office and spoke with Christy, such a helpful and patient lady - good experience would book with them again”

“I can report the same mix of experiences as others: tried to book a flight online that was very cheap and had the purchase fail. Following up with a call, I was looked after by Christie who offered me a more expensive price for the flight, but still a huge bargain compared to anyone else. She answered lots of questions and was very helpful, with e-tickets received in the hour, so despite the unorthodox sales technique, I am a happy customer.”

“I haven't yet gone on my holiday bit the help I had buying my flight was excellent. I had to make sure I had ample time yo change planes at two very busy airports in the USA as I'm disabled and Christopher was very helpful in booking flights that would give me ample time as I'll need wheelchair assistance.”

“Although we finished up booking through Crystal flights from London to Salt Lake City, there were countless offers on the internet that were not available when we attempted to book. The prices advertised were so much lower than all the other advertising companies, it felt like the adverts were just a 'come on' to get you to ring them, and not real deals that were ever available. On a positive note, our agent Cristy was able to secure us flights with a little discount.”

“It took all day to change the dates of our flights. Said he would call back in 20 mins ..2 hours and 2 calls later still waiting, then he'd call back in 5 mins, an hour later still waiting. All day. Also bad tempered. Really unpleasant frustrating experience.”
