I can report the same mix of experiences as others: tried to book a flight online that was very cheap and had the purchase fail. Following up with a call, I was looked after by Christie who offered me a more expensive price for the flight, but still a huge bargain compared to anyone else. She answered lots of questions and was very helpful, with e-tickets received in the hour, so despite the unorthodox sales technique, I am a happy customer.
