“Very good, thorough and attentive. Good atmosphere and speedy service. I would recommend this Crystal Hearing to others as my experience was very positive. I would use them again. I was well received and seen to very quickly. Overall it was a great experience and I left feeling as though I has been very well treated. The procedure was carried out in a very professional manner helped by Sally talking to me through the procedure and at all stages throughout. She was friendly and caring. Absolutely fantastic with no discomfort whatsoever. Sally treatment was very professional and polite and I can't thank her enough for the treatment she gave me.”

“My ear eczema means I very quickly accumulate lots of debris in my ears. This, plus my very narrow ear canals, makes clearing them a huge challenge. In spite of this Peter's skill and patience is always first class and after his treatment I can hear perfectly again. I very highly recommended Crystal Hearing's microsuction services.”

“I had an excellent experience at Crystal Hearing. John Lloyd is very professional and extremely helpful .I have single sided deafness and I am very pleased with my CROS hearing aids. the support after buying the hearing aids is also excellent. I would 100% recommend getting your hearing aids from Crystal Hearing, it is life changing.”

“I ordered a streaming device (Oticon ConnectClip) from Crystal Hearing Ltd because theirs was the only website to kindly advise me that I was entitled to a VAT exemption. I received an acknowledgment of my order straight away and a further acknowledgment (from John) when my order was processed and dispatched. All communication was prompt and informative, but with a personal touch. My device arrived just a couple of days after I ordered it and I could not be more delighted with it, or indeed the service I received from Crystal Hearing. I would definitely use them for any future purchases.”
