“Got my life back thanks to Peter!! I had loss of hearing which he resolved, explaining everything. I was 48 hours early for my appointment 😁 but he saw me anyway”

“Had blocked ears for a few days which didn't seem to resolve itself so contacted Crystal Hearing and was seen the following day. Ears now clear of wax. Would recommend using them.”

“Peter was amazing, so gentle and quick, he explained the procedure before he started. I have my hearing back in both ears now, if you have ear problems go to Crystal Hearing they are great.”

“Excellent service. Sally explained the wax removal procedure very clearly and was friendly and efficient, I felt totally confident in her hands. My ears are now wax free and Sally showed me photographs of both ears showing how lovely and clean my ears are. I can now hear again! thank you”

“I cannot fault the set-up in Marlow Bottom. Absolutely professional. I had previously been to someone in Maidenhead who could not remove a full occlusion after 2 attempts. Peter removed it in a few minutes. Plus he listened to my hearing concerns. I felt confident that he was experienced and empathetic.”

“I was so impressed with the Crystal Hearing service. I managed to book an appointment next day, Good Friday, at Marlow Bottom; park right outside; and be seen punctually. Sally was really good. She explained everything and used various methods to clean my ear; and a camera probe to show me the result.”

“Sally was brilliant! She came to my home and painlessly and quickly removed a significant wax build-up from both ears with micro-suction. She came the same day that I contacted her. That is what I call service. I do not know how long it is since my hearing has been as good as this. I cannot recommend Sally highly enough.”

“Booking an appointment online is easy and straightforward. I have been to Crystal Hearing previously for earwax removal. A completely pain free experience. Took about 20 minutes to remove all the wax. Sally was very friendly, and explained what she was doing at every stage. I was shown my ears before and after with a camera, quite interesting. Thank you.”

“A smooth, efficient process which cleared both my ears in a 30 minute appointment. Sally puts you completely at ease, and it was interesting to see the before and after images inside the ear from the tiny camera that she used. Prices are reasonable, premises are easy to find, with plenty of parking in the vicinity. Will certainly use them again. I th”
