“After some weeks with a blocked ear I attended Crystal Hearing. This was the fist time I have had my ears cleared of wax. Sally was very attentive and informative the procedure carried out on both ears. A little noisy no pain or problems. Hearing back to normal and a happy wife! Consequently a 5 Star recommendation.”

“Peter was very friendly and explained what he was going to do. I thought I would need both read done but he advised me that I did not need my left ear done. I was very grateful that he wasn’t’ Just going to take my money. The process was completely pain free. Thank you very much indeed. Ruth Russell”

“I fully recommend this practice. The team are very professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Above all, they are very good at what they do. I have used them à few occasions for ear wax removal treatment. I have even travelled from Lyon to specifically use them - they are that good!”

“An excellent and professional service from Peter at the Marlow Bottom clinic. He was very reassuring and used the video to show the cause of the problem in my ear. He then explained what the procedure would entail. I was extremely satisfied with the immediate effect of being able to hear again. I can highly recommend.”

“I had a most successful meeting today with Sally. She was excellent in the way she dealt with the removal of wax from both my ears. I will certainly recommend her to any of my friends who might need their ears treated. I, myself, will go to her again if I have any problem with wax and will have them checked anyway with her in a year's time.”
