“I have trouble hearing in my left ear, so when my right ear packed in I started to panic a little bit. I had no reason to worry because a 10 minute visit to see Zahraa and my hearing in the right ear was as good as new again. Thank you.I won’t hesitate to visit again”

“So happy to have my hearing back after visiting Sally Stacey in Dorking for Micro-suction, it was fast and painless! After a friendly welcome from the receptionist, Sally did an excellent job at wax removal. I felt like I was in safe hands and I would be very happy to recommend this service to others!”

“Had my very first appointment,was made to feel at ease straight away,was seen by Peter Goldsworthy,who was so professional,never felt any pain at all,and after a long time of hearing problems,I can now hear perfectly and have not suffered any dizziness since the procedure,so I am very,very happy and would recommend Crystal Hearing ,thankyou so much.”

“Peter is such a welcoming and vivacious person. He made my husband and I feel at great ease and was so professional with his work. He even suggested a remedy for an ear related issue, which demonstrated his vast knowledge and passion for his work. I would highly recommend his services.”

“My experience was excellent. Sally listened to my history which includes four surgeries to my ear, two of which caused significant problems. She assured me that my comfort and safety would be her priority. Having had microsuction many times over the last twenty-something years, I can confidently say that Sally approached the procedure very carefully and sensitively, with a reassuring bedside manner. I visited Crystal Hearing because the NHS couldn't provide care in a timely manner. I'll happily return.”

“I have been to Sally from Crystal Hearing in Dorking twice and both times been made to feel very relaxed and comfortable having my ear wax removal. I feel that I am very lucky to have found her, and trust her very much. Price is very reasonable and easy to find in Dorking high street.”

“Phoned Crystal Hearing for advice, Marlow Bottom branch, managed to get last minute appointment and so glad. I was totally deaf with ear infection, on antibiotics, and Peter managed to help me and advised to go back to GP. Amazing service. Thank you”

“I had a very pleasant experience with Sarah in Dorking for earwax removal. It was not rushed and the whole procedure was much easier and more successful than elsewhere. It was also good to see inside my ears at the end and know they look healthy. Although more expensive than where I have been before I would definitely go back again as I felt Sarah cared about doing a good job”

“I have so many ongoing health issues (dizziness, tinnitus etc) so I am quite anxious having anyone do any treatment on my ears but I immediately knew I was in safe hands with Peter. Not only was the ear wax removal quick, painless and a success but Peter also gave me a tip to help with my tinnitus that no one had told me since I got it over a year ago! Thanks Peter. I’ll be back!”

“Had blocked ears for a few days which didn't seem to resolve itself so contacted Crystal Hearing and was seen the following day. Ears now clear of wax. Would recommend using them.”

“Excellent service. Sally explained the wax removal procedure very clearly and was friendly and efficient, I felt totally confident in her hands. My ears are now wax free and Sally showed me photographs of both ears showing how lovely and clean my ears are. I can now hear again! thank you”
