“I had a most successful meeting today with Sally. She was excellent in the way she dealt with the removal of wax from both my ears. I will certainly recommend her to any of my friends who might need their ears treated. I, myself, will go to her again if I have any problem with wax and will have them checked anyway with her in a year's time.”

“Sally was wonderfully helpful, not only fitting me into her already busy schedule at the last minute (as I was so desperate!)…but also greet me warmly and being very caring and gentle. She sorted out my problem quickly. I’ve been going to Crystal Hearing for several years and am always very happy with everything. Thank you so much!”

“Sally was really lovely and preserved although the build up of wax was so dense she couldn’t do the normal suction method and consequently it took much longer but now I feel so much better . Thanks so much .”
