“The concierge who handled our booking was wonderful. She dealt with all our queries and ensured that we got the booking we wanted as quickly as possible. “Since we started cruises we have always dealt with Lexi at 118 and I can honestly say that she is the lady to go to very helpful very knowledgeable and nothing is to much for her. “Great price and a special offer that we couldn’t get anywhere else. Tried booking on line but in the end used the phone to arrange with an agent. John Marcinko was very helpful and did lots of research to find the best cabin for our requirements. Excellent!”

“I was left disappointed by my normal cruise specialist, I wont mention names. Cruise 118 was recommended by a friend.
