“I was really unhappy with the cabin I had been allocated by P&O. I spoke with a lady called Amanda in the Customer Service Team who managed to get it changed for me. I am so, so grateful to her. Can’t thank her enough. Thank you so much Amanda.”

“Spoke to Andrea, we told her, which cruise? We wanted to book for September 2027, on the ship Celebrity Ascent apparently it is quite full already, but this did not stop Andrea, taking time, to find the best cabin for us, that we were happy to book. She took time and explained every little detail to us. We came off the call. Feeling very happy with the service we were provided with from Andrea.”

“Brittany was so very helpful, took all my details, discussed in full what we wanted, sent us videos showing cabins, balconies etc which was very helpful. Suggested alternatives which we hadn’t thought of. All in all her service was excellent.”
