“Really helpful and informative and full off cruising knowledge Daneil found us a great deal and was very up front and honest £2690 for a six night cruise with Royal Caribbean in the Bahamas and Jamaica pre cruise hotel and transfers after the cruise and the hotel looks amazing on the beach location and it includes our flight from Dublin to Miami Outside ocean view balcony as well what a deal in September. Thank Daniel for all your help and expertise. Will definitely use again. David and Bernie”

“Moya was a superstar. I have been trying to plan a holiday for my mum for over two years. With Maya's patient help we finally got there! Thank you for the numerous phone calls and help in achieving what felt like the impossible! Hopefully my mum will now relax and enjoy the cruise! Many thanks again”

“Initially disappointed with first contact by telephone - advised several times that I could book and get answers to questions online. I insisted I preferred face to face and had an appointment with Hannah who talked me through everything I needed to know and satisfactorily answered all my questions. Further email contact was very professional. Disappointed with the price but then it was a spur of the moment booking, not a lot of choice left and I am travelling alone which obviously makes it more expensive. If I enjoy my first ever cruise experience (and I am sure I will) I shall return to Cruise118 for my next booking.”

“This is our first time doing a cruise, so we needed to know a few things before we travelled. So I made the phone call and wasn't expecting to much as a lot call centers can't be bothered. But it was the absolute opposite, they couldn't be more helpful, they couldn't recommend them highly enough. I made 2 phone calls and both were the same, hopefully the holiday will be as good.”

“I think that this is the 6th cruise I have booked with cruise 118. Everyone is polite helpful and extremely efficient at their job and the price is right. I have not found anyone better (and I have tried) this is why I always come back . Nothing is too much trouble 5* from me.”
