“Everything was great when we booked five days ago. However, we have encountered a problem as neither ourselves or the agent cruise 118 can book excursions on the MSC app and they say this is because the payment I gave you hasn’t reached MSC yet and possibly won’t do for up to 6 days. I must say, this is spoiling my experience for the cruise booked for a golden wedding anniversary.”
