“We wanted a certain type of cruise at a specific time. The agent was very thorough, and research many choices for us. Sending details of 4 different cruises we could choose from. Then on the phone going through exactly which cabin we wanted. Only slight criticism is that we were not asked about bed configuration or dining time?”

“I contacted cruise 118 on the 26th June interested in a cruise for October, I had a wonderful lady called Briony who was so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. What I really liked there was no pressure at all, we had time to consider our options and left to make our own decision. Excellent service.”

“Dealt with Daniel Norris who was excellent. I have booked with cruise 118 brfore, but have been using cruise Kings over the last few years. I think it’s because I got a good deal and booked with them. However Daniel has kept in touch with me and when I sent him the quote from cruise Kings, he was able to match it and make it a little bit better. I felt his service his understanding of what I wanted his knowledge of cruise ships et cetera was excellent and with this it will make me go to Daniel in future . He is a great ambassador for your company.”

“Our cruise agent Kym Bacon was excellent. She gave us comprehensive quotes, checking where the best deals were. She was confident and thorough and very easy to talk to. She obviously knows her job very well. Nothing was too much and we’d definitely contact her again in the future.”
