“To be fair what we received and the service from Crown was very good, but the driver arriving over an hour later than asked for caused us problems so no 5 stars”
“Some of our order arrived looking like had been crushed in transit which caused delay in our promo. Response was 1st class though in getting replacements and seemed genuinely apologetic so happy to leave good review and will put it down to an over enthusiastic delivery driver!”
“Happy with nearly everything but only one driver delievring to us meant we had to help him take it all off. Fortunately we had people in that day but another time may not, I know you use a transport company but I suggest you using own guys.”
