“Its the smaller things that matter sometimes. Crown came out measured up gave me quote next day, not the cheapest quote so initially decided to go elsewhere. They called few days later asking if they can help further, I told them had gone somewhere else, they wished me well and spent 20 mins on phone answering an unrelated shop fitting question, no pressure to change just friendly advice. I have regrets not using for main job as its taught me good service has a value.”
