As with all others I didn't realise I had signed up to this. I received an email that said I could possibly get a refund. I emailed and asked for my money, received an email saying I wasn't entitled. I screenshot the section from FCA and now the refund has been approved. If you didn't get a loan from their 'broker' service all your subscription is refundable. I can post the FCA stuff if anyone hasn't got it.

Taken £19.99 without my consent, and now I can't get through to them due to covid. You can talk, you just choose not to. If I don't hear or get a refund back, I will be taking this further. I'm a keyworker in the NHS and I shouldn't have to take time out to be trying to sort this out. Absolute disgrace.

Disgraceful service. I clicked: "I DO NOT AGREE" on a pop-up after account verification and was charged £15 for nothing. I tried to get it refunded and they rejected my request. I will be contacting the financial ombudsman service today to make a formal complaint. Avoid this company at all costs, this type of behaviour is vile. They are also removing comments on review websites that are not favourable for being "defamatory", people who've been conned out of money voicing their opinion.

This company tried to charge me £19.99 twice. They ignore your emails and the phone lines are down. The only option is to contact your bank fraud team and they will give you the next steps! Never do business with this company or any company affiliated with it. Generally loan companies tend to give your information to these crooks. Don't panic! Just contact your bank, they'll get the money back and they'll block any future payments to this company.

Scum. Took £19.99 from me and I have never authorised them too. Switched my credit card to a new 0% card and apparently my details were given to them and they just help themselves to your money. Absolutely filth. I would recommend everyone who they have taken money from to tell your bank to block them from any further transactions and contact the financial ombudsman. Absolutely disgusting in a time where most are out of work due to the virus as well.

I have no idea how you know my bank details and why you takes money £19.99 two times from my bank account.I am student and the situation is bad with out any permission.I don't need better credit! At the beginning of march I noticed my account had 19.00 deducted to this company credit perfect. Now I've been trying to question them as to why this has happened still awaiting an answer. Meybe we can bring them.in a court all of us to take my friend lawyer!!!07846097298

Have no idea who this company is. ??? Have taken 19.99 last 2 months. (March &April) have not applied for any finance on line. But found. Dodgy emails in junk. .. trying to make out I’d applied for A £2000 loan and been accepted.. also a dodgy email same day in junk from a Fake Universal Credit site. !! The dates I received these where the days I checked. About not working due to Covid-19! .. 🤬🤬🤬😡

Taken money unknown to me .. after checked bank statements then found emails in junk saying I’d been successful in a loan application for £2000!!.. never applied for this. Also been told there is link when I’ve logged into my universal credit account since been on Covid-19 lockdown.!!! Make your bank aware.. but I’ve had to cancel my bank card as they are using those card details. To take money !! 🤬

Then on the 31st march another 19.00 has been taken. The worst thing is I've never heard of them or signed up to them. I suffer with anxiety so this whole situation is not helping me at all.
