“I found this site very easy to use and understand. However, I wasn't aware that when I went on compare the market .com for a better insurance quote it would leave so many searches listed on your site. I am not happy with that., but there is nothing that can be done about it. I am not sure how long searches stay on your site?”

Dear Ann, Thank you for your review. We are very happy to hear your found our service easy to use and understand. In regards to the credit searches present from Compare the Market, these will show on your report for 6 years however as all the searches have taken place at one point in time by the same company it is clear this is a caparison site and should not effect a creditors decision when considering to lend you finance in the future. “Was put through to Lorraine straight away after calling because my details to view my credit report could not be validated. She was able to pinpoint what I needed to do immediately and waited on the line while I entered details. Her instructions were very clear and she didn't seem in a rush to get me off the line. Great service!”

“I spoke to a lady called Kelly and she was so lovely and helpful, if everyone I spoke to was as helpful as she was I would never get angry! Customer services for companies nationwide could learn alot from Kelly ????”

“Hi I signed up for a 30 day free trial to get my credit score, Ben from Credit Angel was really helpful when I phoned up to cancel the account. Didn't try to persuade me to stay and was very easy going. Recommend to anyone wanting to get an up to date credit score. Very Helpful information once you have signed up. Bianca”

“Dear Kelly, A big thankyou for explaining everything to me today. As I said, I was offered your service by Vodaphone, during the purchase of a mobile phone. I declined the need for your service but was sent an email by your company to thank me for my subscription to you. You were very kind and courteous and assured me you could cancel the subscription. I wish all companies I came in contact with were like you. You are an asset to your company. Many thanks”
