“Spoke with Lorraine, this was my first time using the service and my first time contacting them by phone, first impression is that she was very helpful. I couldn't validate my account and she got me up and running within two to three minutes, quick, fast, helpful and polite. Not bad for a first impression !”

“Needed to check my rating over a couple of weeks the service was great and very easy to use, when i wanted to cancel my account this was made very easy got through very quickly and Steve took me through the pocess in a most professional manor , and confirmed what we agreed within minutes by email, I would certianly reccomend the company and use it in the future.
