“Joanne was very helpful,an issue with sending Password had call to get it sorted, i have several creidt cards the main card i use for big purchases (holidays family of 5) i had for 15+years didn't even show up considering these are linked to all my on-line accounts very Bizzare ??,lacking important infirmation”

“Please note my address was wrongly entered in 'My Account'. 'Flat 4' had been omitted and obviously this was why it had not appeared on the Electoral Roll. I have altered this to show the correct address, i.e. Flat 4 Above Shops Newport Road Haughton Stafford ST18 9EZ and would be grateful if you would update your records accordingly, as I know this is an important item. Please inform me when this has been done. Many thanks”

“didn't get a password were very helpful when I rang up and sort a password straight away. website easy to follow and staff on telephone were very security conscious about giving password out ...which is great ! thanks Vic manlove”

“fairly quick and easy to use. unsure if pin is easist way to verify. be better to just stick to username and password. pin procedure can be annoying. was unsure when u even provided it and had to request new one be sent. simple username and password i think should suffice. less complicated especially for older people.”
