“Mobile version of the site was a bit problematic so not sure if there are some bugs that need fixing. In the end I gave up with mobile site and rang up an Advisor (Natasha) who was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long for my call to be answered first time but when I called 30 mins later I was waiting about 5 mins, but it was lunchtime so I wasn't surprised at the wait. Only improvement I could suggest (this is really a comment on the script, not Natasha) is that when asked about distributing information due to data protection act, rather than just say "we will be sharing your information with ..... Is that ok?" It should be "is that ok or would you prefer that we do not share your information with third parties." I don't think it is immediately obvious to some people that they are well within their rights to say "no" without it affecting the credit check process.”

Dear Trevor, If you have found discrepancies there is an option to dispute these with call credit. You simply click on the exclamation mark icon at the bottom of each section which then allows you to type a reason for the dispute. Call credit will then investigate whether the entry needs to be removed. If you need any further help please call us and we can talk you through it- 0844 251 1780. “I wanted to check my credit score before applying for a credit card. I only intended to use the free trial period but forgot to cancel in time and therefore was charged the first month's subscription. When I phoned to cancel the process was very smooth and Kelly was very helpful. I was happy to pay the one month fee as Credit Angel had provided the information I required.”

“Hello there--I have just spoken with Christopher and he appreciated that I was elderly and had a tragic situation in my life a few months ago and that I had been seeking a loan. I had no idea that I had signed up to Credit Angel and was getting monthly charges. He listened and without a prompt from me, consulted with his manager re the circumstances. Result--I was advised I would have payments refunded. He was also polite, not patronising and a credit to your company. Many Thanks--Ian H”
