“Love the pure wool knitwear and the choice of styles and colours and the range of sizes. However
I wish you would do a pure wool suit in plain navy blue. I believe that there would be a far greater market for this than for the suits in bright colours such as lime green or in multi-coloured patterned fabrics.”
“My last review was out of frustration at no-one answering Country Collection customer complaints line as an order had not arrived after 4 weeks. Eventually, I decided to phone the order-line and got straight through. They solved the problem and 4 days later my order arrived which I am delighted with. If only they had a decent customer contact line. ADVICE- just contact the customer order line if any issues arise.”
