“Since dealing with Connect 2 Cleanrooms we have always had a pleasant experience with them and are happy to deal with you as a supplier. However the disappointment we had with our recent order is the price increase of about 8%. We do understand that businesses need to inflate their prices from time to time, but we feel like is a big jump. This doesn't put us off from placing future orders though, but we wanted to point that bit out to you.”
