“Such a great company to deal with. Our orders have been big and small, but the same attentive and happy customer care is always there for us. Not to mention a bit of hand holding on the way when needed. (There are tricky questions they know the answer to).”

“They are very thorough and focused on the customer needs. Incredibly helpful with their forward thinking and approach to problem solving. A pleasure to deal with in person both on site and on the phone, from the biggest order (a cleanroom) to the smallest order (protective wear) ... they have been marvellous.”

“My company is not the end user of the cleanroom items but i normally purchase weekly from Helen or Nicky . As am not qualified in this sector i sometimes require technical advise from the staff at connect 2 to which they are very professional and help full at all times. Orders are normally received in a few days without problems.”
