“I had lots of questions on a vacuum cleaner for our laboratory. They were so helpful and talked me through the choices and what the difference was. Although the decision was ours to make in the end, they did advise on 2 items would meet our standards and that the lower priced item would be more than sufficient. Our cleaner loves the new unit CRVC4 we bought and is very impressed with it.”
