“Everything was going OK. I reviewed prices and coverage and decided on Privilege Ins. I decided to purchase it. I filled in all the details of my bank etc but it just kept 'loading' and nothing happened. I tried repeatedly with the same results. It was extremely frustrating and I spent a considerable time on it. I had to wait until the following day and call Privilege to sort it out. Frustrating having accepted it, filled in everything and unable to pay for it!”
