I rang the insurer to ask some questions and she then collected my information from Confused so that we could close the deal on the phone. Confused did not seem to know that since they kept sending e-mails saying "not much time to renew your insurance" "only a few days left" etc. when I had already done it all. A bit tiresome when their site surely must have noted that the insurer collected all the details.”
