“Had a terrible experience with autonet on this site, they came in with the cheapest quote by at least £100 than anyone else, so I gave my £325 to autonet, happy days, or so I thought... 3 days later a letter arrived from autonet saying due to the inaccuracies in my details of my claim 4 years previous, they will be taking £769 extra from my card in 2 days time!!!!! Phoned them and told it was because I had hit a pedestrian?(I did not) needed proof from insurance at the time? Got proof from admiral, who were great by the way, and 2 days later another letter saying I still had to pay the £769???? This time it was because I told them the wrong date of the claim from 4 years ago! I told them July and it was in June!!!! So cancelled policy had £50 cancellation fee and 6 days of insurance totalling £90. So avoid autonet at all costs they are con men and cowboys. This is no reflection on confused. Com. And for the reason that autonet are on confused, I would not recommend it”

“I purchased One Call motor insurance policy who have tried to rob me from day one by ever increasing policy premiums. They also deducted £89.51 from my bank account without notice that should actually have been from some one else's account.

The quotes went up and down from one say to the next. Thus you could not attempt to buy a new already obtained quote a few hours later.
Changein from one vehicle to a virtually identical vehicle but with a slightly lower level of trim, actually increased the price by almost a complete annual cost even though the existing insurance on the previous car had only recently been purchased.

“I can't believe that the company goskippy listed on your website is racist. This is the first time i have to provide 3months payslip, proof of address, letter from my employer, passport, utilities bills, driving licence,get a code from dvla for security checks and other documents and worst of all you still can't get an insurance. I had to phone the company and it's one of my worst experience. Never again”
