“I would like to say that I had quite a bad experience with other water efficiency companies? But contacting Daniel from Complete EPC LMT, he was very helpful and provided me with essential information to which I was not aware of? It is not easy to understand whats needed for the water efficiency calculations to provide to building control? I am very happy and will be using their services again on my future projects .”

“The response to my initial email was very rapid and the appointment was made for the next day. He came early and was finished very promptly. The invoice and then report came at the end of that day. I wasn't really sure what was going on during the inspection as am unfamiliar with EPCs. Some explanation would be have been helpful. I didn't appreciate some of the political comments made.”
