“Although conveyancing appears to be step by step by process there are plenty of ways it can get complicated. Having many offers and a little information through this comparison site was a useful way to start. I found choosing the right one for me took some time, going through individual sites where extras were explained that didn't appear on the first screen and a bit more research as well. But the site made it much easier to pull all that information together.”

“Good service but need to watch out for firms farming out work to others. I obtained quotes online through this service and the best one was from a firm I had worked with before. When I contacted them they said they couldn't do the work unless I paid more (2.5x the quote) but would pass it on to another firm who would do it for the price quoted. The online service was not at fault in this but I was unhappy with the behaviour of the particular firm concerned and the fact that they could just pass the work on to a different firm.”
