“The person who I went with decided that I needed to be charged more because it was a faster competition date than they were aware of despite never asking me what my time frame was. I was held to ransom as I had already paid them a couple of hundred upfront to start the job which I was never going to see if I went elsewhere and being under a time frame to complete etc I had to pay the extra charge. Other than that I would use the service again because the people I should have gone with said they never do that. So for those of you using this service make sure they don't do this to you.”

“Expected to get conveyancing quotes based on information given. What I got was a list of conveyancing solicitors showing 'contact us' for quote. Just two of those listed emailed me; one inviting me to call, the other actually giving me a quote. Not much point in this site.”
